Maricar has been a valued part of Aim to Thrive for over 15 years, supporting the practice with care, consistency, and deep expertise. As our Billing Specialist, she handles the financial side of client care with the same compassion and attention to detail that define our clinical work.

Maricar brings a strong work ethic and a steady, problem-solving mindset to everything she does—especially when it comes to resolving complex billing questions with care and precision. With over 20 years of experience in mental health billing, invoicing, compliance, and office management, she plays a crucial role in ensuring that our systems run smoothly behind the scenes.  Maricar’s ability to spot details, keep things organized, and support both clients and Dr. Jackson makes her an invaluable part of our team.

Outside of work, Maricar enjoys spending time with her family and furry babies, diving into creative projects with her Cricut, and hosting cozy weekend gatherings with friends. She’s also a fan of crime novels, Korean dramas, and all things home—whether it’s organizing, decorating, or dabbling in woodworking.
