In This Together is a supportive, skill-building group designed specifically for women living with ADHD. It’s a space to breathe, feel seen, and learn strategies that actually work—without adding to your overwhelm.

Each group includes a short, ADHD-friendly lesson followed by meaningful conversation and support. Topics include:

  • Organizing your mind, your space, and your time

  • Managing emotions with more ease and less shame

  • Moving from procrastination to progress—gently

  • Following through even when motivation dips

  • Becoming kinder to yourself in hard moments

  • Navigating the unique challenges of ADHD in women, including hormone changes

  • Feeling more confident, capable, and clear-headed day to day
