In This Together is a supportive, skill-building group designed specifically for women living with ADHD. It’s a space to breathe, feel seen, and learn strategies that actually work—without adding to your overwhelm.

🧠 What We’ll Explore Together:
Each group includes a short, ADHD-friendly lesson followed by meaningful conversation and support. Topics include:
Organizing your mind, your space, and your time
Managing emotions with more ease and less shame
Moving from procrastination to progress—gently
Following through even when motivation dips
Becoming kinder to yourself in hard moments
Navigating the unique challenges of ADHD in women, including hormone changes
Feeling more confident, capable, and clear-headed day to day
