Maggie Kneffler- Administrative Associate

Maggie joined Aim to Thrive in 2025 and has been a wonderful addition to the team. As our Administrative Associate, she’s often the first point of contact for new clients—offering a warm welcome and helping ensure they feel supported from the start. She manages the intake process, assists with scheduling, and provides thoughtful administrative support that helps keep the practice running smoothly.

With a degree in psychology and several years of experience in the mental health field, Maggie brings a calm, client-centered presence to her work. She’s known for her strong communication skills, friendly demeanor, and attention to detail. Always eager to learn and grow, Maggie looks for ways to improve our processes and supports Dr. Jackson with special projects like website updates and marketing materials. 

Outside of work, Maggie enjoys reading, hosting themed tea parties, and spending time with her family. Her favorite role of all is being a mom to her spirited young daughter, who brings joy and keeps her on her toes.
