Cogmed is a digital training program that improves attention and focus by strengthening working memory - your brain's ability to hold and use information in real time. When working memory improves, daily life with ADHD becomes easier.    

ADHD Women's Support Group

Connect with other women with ADHD to share experiences and to give and receive advice, support, and encouragement. You will also learn practical, ADHD-friendly strategies that feel doable--not overwhelming--to help you smooth out the rough spots in life.
