If you are an existing client, you can utilize your client portal account to securely connect to teletherapy sessions, update your account information, schedule appointments, complete forms, and view/pay your account balance. You can also send and receive secure messages through this portal to communicate with us between appointments, if needed.
If you are new, please contact us to discuss scheduling an initial appointment. After scheduling, you will receive an electronic invitation via email to create a Client Portal account. You can then access and complete all new client forms through the Client Portal account before our first meeting.
If you would like for me to share information about your treatment with someone else, such as to collaborate with another provider about your treatment, simply fill out this optional form:
