I have been licensed as a Health Service Psychologist in the state of Oklahoma since 2002. In 2020 I was granted the Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology (APIT) by the PSYPACT* commission. My practice operates on a hybrid model, offering both in person services at my office in Norman, Oklahoma, and virtual (telepsychology) services in Oklahoma and multiple other states.
As such, I can now practice telepsychology in the following 31 states:
- Alabama
- Arizona
- Arkansas
- Colorado
- Delaware
- District of Columbia
- Georgia
- Idaho
- Illinois
- Indiana
- Kansas
- Kentucky

- Nebraska
- Nevada
- New Hampshire
- New Jersey
- North Carolina

- Pennsylvania
- Tennessee

In 2020 I was approved for interstate telepsychology practice under the Psychology Interjurisdictional Compact (PSYPACT*). As a PSYPACT-credentialed psychologist with Authority to Practice Telepsychology, I am allowed to practice telepsychology in other PSYPACT states (listed above) under my Oklahoma license.
*This list is updated as PSYPACT legislation becomes effective in additional states.
